Malaysia Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tiptopbet ("Company", "we", "platform") and users of the platform ("you", "member", "player"). These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or first access the tiptopbet platform.

By using the tiptopbet platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• You are a valid Malaysian citizen or resident and are accessing the platform from Malaysia.

To fully use tiptopbet's services, you are required to register a valid account. The registration process requires the following information: full name, active email address, Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and valid payment details.

Account Rules:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering a second or multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• A tiptopbet account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or used by any other party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. tiptopbet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact tiptopbet's support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC): tiptopbet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or passport, a bank or utility statement for address verification, and other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Tiptopbet accepts deposits via a variety of trusted and recognized Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Tiptopbet does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond tiptopbet's control. Please review your payment provider's terms before making a transaction.

Tiptopbet is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. The following withdrawal rules apply to all members:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Based on the member's VIP tier. Silver members: RM 5,000 per day; Gold: RM 15,000 per day; Diamond: RM 30,000 per day; Platinum: no specific limit.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours. During peak periods or when KYC verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
• All bonus funds must meet the specified rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.

Tiptopbet reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if there are signs of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or if identity verification has not been completed. In such cases, tiptopbet will notify the member via email.

All bonuses and promotions offered by tiptopbet are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonus types:

• One bonus per promotion: Each member is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirement: All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover is calculated based on the total of the deposit plus bonus, multiplied by the specified rollover factor.
• Time limit: Most bonuses have a validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited: tiptopbet uses a detection system to identify bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, multiple account registrations, or other unauthorized means may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• All game results are final and not subject to dispute, except in the case of a demonstrable technical error.
• Tiptopbet reserves the right to void or suspend any bet in the event of a technical error, system disruption, or betting integrity issue.
• For Sports Betting, winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect that bet.
• Bets placed on Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports matches are subject to the respective sport's rules and the specific conditions displayed in the Match Odds section.
• Tiptopbet uses independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology across all slots and table games, ensuring fair and random outcomes at all times.

To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fairness for all players, tiptopbet strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system or game mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to automate betting or gameplay.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise tiptopbet's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or tiptopbet staff.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information to tiptopbet at any time.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and a report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves, including self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling reasons.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, tiptopbet reserves the right to hold the existing account balance while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation confirm no breach, the valid balance will be returned to the original payment method.

To the extent permitted by law, tiptopbet shall not be liable for:

• Actions by third parties, including payment providers, game providers, or internet service providers.
• Unfavourable betting outcomes arising from fair and random gameplay.
• Unauthorized use of the platform by third parties for reasons beyond tiptopbet's control.

Tiptopbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via:

• Notices displayed prominently on the tiptopbet platform homepage.
• A notification email sent to your registered email address.
• A pop-up notification when you log in to your tiptopbet account.

Updated terms take effect 7 days from the date of notice unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before they come into effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to the applicable laws and tiptopbet's operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to an arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.

Tiptopbet operates under a recognised licence and complies with all applicable regulations for player protection and industry integrity. All services provided by tiptopbet are lawful under our operating licence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
